PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN OCT ZI 9 22 Mi '89
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and JAMES E. DAVIS
& LORRAINE M. DAVIS, H/W
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 1st
day of June , 19811 bearing Auditor's File Number 8106010666 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
M lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
