PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and WILLIAM
L. MC LAUGHLIN, JR.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 25th
day of June , 1979 , bearing Auditor's File Number 7906250758 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
CV 1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
CD Number 7906250758 , has been partially satisfied and the following
— described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:
