PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
ANDREW DEAK, M.D.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 15th
day of March , 1982 , bearing Auditor's File Number 8203150511 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
O WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
cp portion of the latecomer's agreement; and

O WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
CV lien created by the latecomer's agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:

described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:
