FULL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN ocT 21 9 21 RH 'N$
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
GAIL SCHNEIDER or GERALD E. SCHNEIDER
WHEREAS, said latecomer' s agreement was recorded on the 1st
day of March , 1985, bearing Auditor's File Number 8503010534 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
