FULL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIl fI 9 21 An '88
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
ORILLIA INVESTORS
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th
day of , JUNE ' , 1983, bearing Auditor's File Number 8306090730 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
Number 8306090738 has been fully satisfied and the following
described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:
