PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 20th
day of January , 1965 bearing Auditor's File Number 6465454 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
04 portion of the latecomer's agreement; and

it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
4 lien created by the latecomer's agreement; L
