PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 11th
day of February , 1988, bearing Auditor's File Number 8802110615, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement -creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and

portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
Olien created by the latecomer's agreement;
