WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, and Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle; and,
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 17th day of March , 1992 , bearing Auditor's File
Number 9203170953 ; and,
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and,

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's agreement; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
9203170953, has been fully satisfied and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released
from any claim under said latecomer's agreement: G
CD Parcel 1: That portion of Government Lot 1, in Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
beginning on the east line of said Government Lot at a point 993.80 feet south of the
northeast corner; Thence S 01°42'13" W along said east line 340.55 feet to the southeast
corner os said Lot 1; Thence N 88°48'58" W 641.35 feet; Thence N 01°11'02" E 340.55
O feet; Thence S 88°48'55" E 644.44 feet to the point of beginning;
LESS the portion lying southerly of a line beginning 11.00 feet north of the southeast corner
of the above described tract; Thence west 559.00 feet more or less to a point 13.00 feet
north of the south line thereof; Thence west 82.00 feet more or less to a point 11 feet north
of the southwest corner of said tract;
LESS that portion lying easterly of the westerly margin of the state highway.
