WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
8506270562 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration. ;:
