TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 8th day of June, 1984, bearing Auditor's File Number
8406080682 and expired on June 9, 1994.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing AF# 8406080682 be released
from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number
8406080682, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:

Lots 11 and 12, Tracts A and B of the Plat recorded under King County Recording No. 8211300925.
Latecomer Agreement LCAG # 8408 recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 8406080682 has expired
0 and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
