TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 6th day of June, 1984, bearing Auditor's File Number
8406060641 and expired on June 7th, 1994.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
O WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing AF# 8406060641 be released
0 from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
CNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number
8406060641, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
0 should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
7) Phase II, Washington Technical Center Total Developable Area = 53.0 acres Lots 11 and 12, Tracts A and B
of the Washington Technical Center Plat recorded under King County Recording No. 8211300925.
Latecomer Agreement LCAG # 8407 recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 8406060641 has expired
and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
