PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE
DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Lakeridge Development Inc., and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 24th day of August, 1993, bearing
Auditor's File#9308240952, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, Lakeridge Development has released a certain parcel of that property from latecomer fees in
exchange for easement rights; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
L.r) The property described below that was included in the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's
cc File # 9308240952 has been withdrawn from the assessment roll at the request of Wm. Wayne Jones
Jr., President, Lakeridge Development and the following described property should be and is hereby
fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
