TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Andrew Deak, M.D.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 15th day of March, 1982, bearing Auditor's
File Number 8203150511 and expired on March 15, 1992.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing AF # 8203150511 be
released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: Latecomer Agreement LCAG #8203150511 recorded under this
King County RecordingrNumber has expired and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
