FULL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Eugene M. Richards and T.A. Homes .
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 10th day of August, 1981, bearing Auditor's
File Number 8108100351 and expired on August 10, 1991.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal description bearing AF# 8108100351 be
released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number
8108100351, has been fully satisfied and the following described properties should be and are hereby
fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
