PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE
DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and John H. Krehbiel, President, Wooland Investment Corporation.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 6th day of December 1990, bearing Auditor's
File#9012061033, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File#9012061033 has been partially satisfied and the
following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:
LAG#9003 Parcel# 2
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#334390-1245
Lot D, City of Renton Short Plat No. 245-78 Rec#7907109001 Latecomer fee paid on 3/27/92,
Permit#7934 for 2113 Blaine Av. NE. in the amount of$1,966.16.
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
