WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, and John H. Krehbiel, President, Woodland Investment Corporation.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 6th day of December, 1990, bearing Auditor's File#9012061033, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1. That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File #9012061033, has been partically satisfied and the following
described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
