WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and z

WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement; m,
