WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a µ
Washington municipal corporation, and Toepete McCaslin
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 15 day of June, 1981, bearing Auditor's File
#8106150576, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: S
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8106150576, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:

County, Washington
8 BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
1.4 Auditor's File Number#8106150576, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
