WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a a

WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 13th day of July, 1981, bearing Auditor's File

WHEREAS, certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's agreement i
