WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by THE
CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, under
WHRNgtAS�EsaiVd,�.1 atecomer's agreement was recorded on the 8th
day of May , 1987, bearing Auditor's File Number 8705081044 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certainarcel of that at property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
Number 8705081044, has been partially satisfied and the following
described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:
