PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and CAMPBELL HOLDINGS,
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 21st
day of August , 1987, bearing Auditor' s File Number 8708210749
and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has been released from its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
Number 8708210744 has been partially releasedand the following
described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:

DTHE CITY" OF RENTON HEREBY RELEASES THE S. 267.88 L.F. OF SAID
TRACT 167,FROM THE $6,836.71 ASSESSMENT. THIS ASSESSMENT WAS
(J: LEVIED IN ERROR AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE W-885
0 LATECOMER AGREEMENT. THEREFORE THE $6,836.71 ASSESSMENT IS RELEASED BY
THE RECORDING OF THIS DOCUMENT.
BUT this release shall
not impair the lien of the said latecomer
agreement recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 8708210749
as to lands therein described not hereby released. '
