HELD LATECOMER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said,latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 31st day of October , 19 86 , bearing Auditor's File o
Number 8610311889 and expired on October 24, 1996 .
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
8610311889 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
8610311889, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:

and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
