WHEREAS, a latecomers' agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton,a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Centex Homes;and
WHEREAS, said latecomers' agreement was recorded on the 7th day of April,2000,bearing
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ;and
WHEREAS, said latecomers' agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties;and
WHEREAS,certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomers'
agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomers'
agreement;and
WHEREAS,on 07/12/2007,Camwest West Coast LLC paid a$32,139.79 Latecomer Fee under City
Permit Number U060150,for Parcel Nos.20,21 and 22 as described above;
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomers' agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,
has been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomers' agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomers' agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.

County, Washington;
EXCEPT the east 150 feet;
EXCEPT the west 30 feet; and
EXCEPT the north 42 feet thereof conveyed to King County for SE 128th Street (now
known as NE 4th Street) by Deed recorded May 20, 1964, under Recording Number
5738288.
TOGETHER WITH the west 19 feet of the east 150 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W. M., in King County, Washington;
