LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Tract 45 of N.H.Latimer's Lake Washington Plat,as recorded in Volume 6 of Plats,page 70,records of
King County,Washington and a portion of the vacated streets adjacent.
TOGETHER WITH the north 45 feet and the south half(1/2)of the vacated street adjacent to Tract 46 of
said N.H.Latimer's Lake Washington Plat.
All situate in Section 18,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M., in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington.
WHEREAS,a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a
Washington Municipal Corporation, and Thomas W. and Laura Little of 320 Maple Avenue NW,Renton,
WA 98055;and
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 3`d day of August, 1992,bearing Auditor's
File Number 9208060612 and expired on August 3,2002;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement created a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal description bearing Auditor's File Number
9208060612 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement,due to its expiration;
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 9208060612 has expired
and all described properties within the latecomer boundary should be and are hereby fully released from
any claim under said latecomer's agreement.
Latecomer Agreement LCAG#29-002 recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 9208060612
has expired and no other reimbursements are due the grantees.
