All situate in the Southwest Quarter of Section 17,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in the
City of Renton,King County,Washington.
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Lakeridge Development,Inc.;and
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 24th day of August, 1993,bearing
Auditor's File Number 9308240952 ;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties;and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement;
and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement;and
WHEREAS,on 10/23/2000,Hanson Homes, on behalf of Clint and Shelly Morse,paid$5709.57 for
said Latecomer Fee underCity Permit Number U000565,for Parcel No. 3 as described above; and
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 9308240952 ,has
been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 9308240952,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
