All situate in Section 10, Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in the City of Renton,King
County,Washington.
WHEREAS,a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton, a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Centex Homes;and
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 7th day of April ,2000,bearing
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties;and
WHEREAS,certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's
agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement; and
WHEREAS,on 01/31/2003,Thomas Foster paid$23,809.98 Latecomer Fee under City Permit Number
U020466,for Parcels No. 5 and 6 as described above;and
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,
has been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
