EXCEPT that portion conveyed to King County for road purposes under King County Recording
Number 5755895;
TOGETHER WITH the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 10;EXCEPT the East 150.01 feet thereof;and EXCEPT that portion conveyed
to King County for road purposes under King County Recording Number 5837604;
TOGETHER WITH Tracts 1 and 4 of Black Loam Five Acre Tracts,according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 12 of Plats,page 101,records of King County,Washington;EXCEPT the West
120 feet of the East 150 feet of the North 160 feet of the West Half of said Tract 1;and EXCEPT that
portion conveyed to King County for road purposes under King County Recording Number 5861231;
TOGETHER WITH the West 120 feet of the East 150 feet of the North 160 feet of the West Half of
said Tract 1;EXCEPT that portion conveyed to King County for road purposes under King County

WHEREAS,a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton, a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Centex Homes;and
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 7th day of April ,2000 bearing
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ;and
WHEREAS,said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS,certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's
agreement;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement; and

WHEREAS,on 08/30/2001,Morgan Court Investors,LLC paid a$149,346.85 Latecomer Fee under
City Permit Number U010362,for Parcels Nos. 10, 11,36 and 37 as described above;
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,
has been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
