Situate in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,Township 23 North,Range 5 East, W.M.,
in the City of Renton,King County,Washington.
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.4025 was heretofore executed by the City of Renton,a Washington Municipal
Corporation,which established a sanitary sewer Special Assessment District for the Honeycreek Interceptor;and
WHEREAS,said ordinance was recorded on the 3rd day of December , 1986,bearing Auditor's File Number
8612031455 ;and
WHEREAS,said ordinance establishes a Special Assessment District and creates a lien on specifically defined
properties;and
WHEREAS,a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment District;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File Number 8612031455,has been
partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said Special Assessment District recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8612031455,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
