LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The South 378.8 feet of the West 125feet of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 11, Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M., in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington; LESS that portion conveyed to King County for road purposes under King County
Recording Number 5787695.
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between City of Renton,a
Washington Municipal Corporation and Centex Homes; and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 7th day of April ,2000,bearing
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ;and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's
agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement;and
WHEREAS,on 01/11/2005,Basic Ventures,Inc.paid a$10,651.83 Latecomer Fee under City Permit
Number U030899,for Parcel No. 16 as described above;
NOW,THEREFORE,the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,
has been partially satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
