All situate in Section 10,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington.
WHEREAS,an assessment roll levying a special assessment against the property located in Local Improvement
District No.335 was heretofore executed by the City of Renton,a Washington Municipal Corporation;and
WHEREAS,said assessment roll was recorded on the 13th day of October , 1994,bearing Auditor's File
Number 9410130632 ;and
WHEREAS,said assessment roll creates a lien on specifically defined properties;and
WHEREAS,a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the assessment roll;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the assessment roll;and
WHEREAS,the final installment has been paid for Parcel No.30 as described above;and
NOW,THEREFORE,the assessment roll bearing Auditor's File Number 9410130632 ,has been partially satisfied
and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said assessment roll;
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said assessment roll recorded under King County Auditor's File
Number 9410130632 ,as to the lands therein described not hereby released.
