DEMOLITION LIEN
COMES NOW the City of Renton, a Municipal Corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Washington, under the
terms of its Dangerous Building Act, Renton City Code Title IV,
Chapter 21, specifically section 4-2114 (B) and Chapter 82 of
the Session Laws of 1959, does impress a lien for demolition work
on the following described real property:
