Washington; EXCEPT the south 10 feet of said Lot 19; AND EXCEPT that portion deeded for
public road as recorded under King County Recording Numbers 2928083 and 2928084,
Lot 18 and the south 10 feet of Lot 19,Block 17,Town of Renton Addition according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 1 of Plats,page 135,records of King County, Washington; EXCEPT
portion deeded for public road
Situate in Section 17,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.in the County of King,State of Washington:
This permit is made SUBJECT TO the condition that at such time as the property is redeveloped,upon the request of the
property owner,the City of Renton shall relocate the light standards,at City expense,to a location on the property
conforming with the development plan.

This permit shall run with the land described herein,and shall be binding upon the parties,their heirs,successors in interest
and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right to execute this agreement.
