PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S.LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No. 3860 Special Assessment District(SAD)for NE 20th St.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of November, 1984, bearing Auditor's
File#8411090689, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8411090689, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:
Ordinance # 3860 Parcel# 14
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account# 334390-3602
W 130 ft of S 1/2 of Tract 294, Hillmans Lk WN Garden of Eden#4, Less N 150 ft. $5028.18 paid P# 7976 on
6/2/92.
ABUT this release shall notimpair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County

C-VAuditor's File Number 8411090689, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
