PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No. 3860 Special Assessment District(SAD)for NE 20th St.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of November, 1984, bearing Auditor's
File#8411090689, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has partially satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be partially released from the lien created by the latecomer's
agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8411090689, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby partially released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:

tp LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#334390-1605
The N. 126 ft. of Tract 244, Hillmans Lake WN Garden of Eden#4; Less W 98 ft thereof. Base assessment
including maximum interest= $8,144.14 1/2 paid $4,072.07 on 3/4/92 Receipt#1026
CNow, therefore, be it known on 3/2/92 City Council allowed 1/2 payment of the Latecomer Assessment, with
(l associated interest, with remainder of assessment and associated interest, due and payable in the amount of
C $4,072.07(this sum includes maximum allowable interest) per King County Auditor's File Number
9203170959.
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8411090689 as to lands therein described not hereby released.
