WA 9$05$HEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the
CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, under Ordinance No. 4025
(Honey Creek" Special Assessment District)
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 3rd
day of December , 1986, bearing Auditor's File Number 8612031455 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
Number 8612031455 , has been partially satisfied and the following
described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said latecomer's agreement:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Plat of Summerwind Div. No. 5, as recorded in Volume 154 of Plats,
Page 68 thru 74 inclusive, records of King County Washington,
under King County Auditor File No. 9012110291.
Henderson Homes paid Honey Creek SAD, $18,500.00
($250.00 x 74 lots) , City of Renton Permit #7153 on 5/9/89.
