PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment •Di'strict (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor.

WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of Sept.;1.992, bearing Auditor's
File# 9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File #9209021077, has been partially satisfied
and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District:
CIPer Ordinance #4362, Parcel# 29 (District Roll) has paid $525.00 per Permit# 7785, Dated 7/23/91.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#2296500040 Further Described as:
N. 60 ft. of E. 130 ft. of Lot 7 Eldon Acres. Less Street.
'Z" BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
V) Auditor's File#9209021077, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
