PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No. 4025 Special Assessment District (SAD) for Honey Creek/May
Creek Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Area
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 3rd day of Dec., 1986, bearing Auditor's File
#8612031455, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WIEREAS, a certain parcels of that property have fully satisfied their portion of the latecomer's agreement;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8612031455, has been partially satisfied and
the following described properties should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:

C) See Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the payment record and for the King County Tax Account Number and/or
Legal Description for each parcel to be released.
7:4 BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8612031455, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
