PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No.3790 Special Assessment District (SAD) for water improvements
vicinity Talbot Road South and the Valley Medical Center;
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 26th day of March, 1984, bearing Auditor's File
#8403260504, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the latecomer agreement hearing King County Recording #8403260504, has been partially
..szt satisfied and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer agreement;
