PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No. 4025 Special Assessment District (SAD) for Honey Creek
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Area
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 3rd day of Dec, 1986, bearing Auditor's File
#8612031455, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
C) NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
0 That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8612031455, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
latecomer's agreement:
Ordinance#4025 Permit#8255 A.E. Keenan paid $250.00 on 8/10/93 for 2101 Redmond Ave. NE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#778900-0195
Lot 39, Sierra Heights Div. #2 as recorded in Vol 59 of Plats, Page 55 Records of King County,Washington
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Numb'tr 8612031455, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
