PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT HEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor.
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of Sept, 1992, bearing Auditor's
File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File # 9209021077, has been partially satisfied
and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District:
N Per Ordinance # 4362, Parcel# 02 (District Roll) has paid $569.01, per Receipt # 2164, Dated 7/26/93.
