PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 3860 forming a Special Assessment District(SAD)for NE 20th Street.
W F_REAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 9th day of Nov. 1984, bearing Auditor's File
#8411090689, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
District;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File #8411090689, has been partially satisfied
and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District:
Per Ordinance #3860, Doris M. George, owner of Parcel # 50 has paid $3,252.17 (includes interest) per
Permit#8166 and City of Renton Promissory Note, Dated 3/11/93.
Permit#8166 = $ 2,722.17
Promissory Note = $ 530.00
Total Paid $ 3,252.17
1.4 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#334390-0208 Further Described as:
CI That portion of Tract 208, Hillman's Lk Wn Garden of Eden #4; DAF: The north 130 ft. of
