PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No.4025 Special Assessment District (SAD) for Honey Creek
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Area
WHEREAS;said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 3rd day of Dec., 1986, bearing Auditor's File

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
LD WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;

That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8612031455, has been partially satisfied and
the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
- latecomer's agreement:
Ordinance#4025 James T. Keller paid $250.00 on 7/7/93 for 3906 NE 21st St. Receipt#2130.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account#778900-0225
Lot 45, Sierra Heights Div. #2, Vol 59 of Plats, Page 55 Records of King County Washington.
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8612031455, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
