PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 3860 forming a Special Assessment District(SAD)for Jones Avenue NE.
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 9 day of Nov. 1984, bearing Auditor's
File#8411090689, and
WHEREAS;:said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has partially satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment
tet'District; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be partially released from the lien created by the Special
•.,0 Assessment District to the extent that the parcel has developed.
Q NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File # 8411090689, has been partially satisfied
and the following described property should be and is•hereby partially released from any claim under
said Special Assessment District:
• .Per Ordinance# 3860 Parcel#02 has paid $3,148.05 per Receipt# 2046, Dated 6/1/93.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account# 334390-3641 Further Described as:
Vernon Francis has paid on 10,749 sq. ft. of Lot B, Renton Short Plat 75-020 KC Rec
#7603020509 per Restrictive Covenant Recorded with King County Rec#9306250583
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said Special Assessment District agreement recorded under
King County Auditor's File Number 8411090689, as to lands therein described not hereby released nor to the
remaining 10,749 sq. ft. of Lot B, should the lot subdivide.
