PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 3860 forming a Special Assessment District(SAD)for NE 20th Street.
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 9th day of Nov., 1984, bearing Auditor's
File#8411090689, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment
District;
N STOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
co That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File # 8411090689, has been partially satisfied
0 and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: King County Assessor's Tax Account# 334390-0940 Further Described as:
Tract No. 225, Hillman's Lake Wash. Garden of Eden#4, According to the Plat thereof recorded
in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 82 in King County Washington.
BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said Special Assessment District agreement recorded under
King County Auditor's File Number 8411090689, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
