PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, under Ordinance No.3790 Special Assessment District (SAD) for water improvements
vicinity Talbot Road South and the Valley Medical Center;
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 26th day of March, 1984, bearing Auditor's File
#8403260504, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of that property have been excused, due to lack of direct benefit from its portion
of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
The plat of Winsper Division #2 as recorded in Volume 148, Pages 54-56 Records of King County,
Washington has been excused from latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File # 8403260504, by
councilmanic action on April 12, 1993, due to lack of direct benefit; and the following described
properties should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:

CO Lots 1 thru 38, inclusive, Plat of Winsper Division No. II, Volume 148, Pages 54-56 Records of

BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Cr) Auditor's File Number 8403260504, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
