WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, Per Ordinance # 4362, Mr. Robert N. Cave, owner of Parcel # 177 has paid $541.54 (including
interest)per receipt#1792, Dated 1/13/93;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
That the following described property has satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District
