WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, Per Ordinance # 4362, Janet and Keith B. Lankester, owners of Parcel # 74 has paid $4,200.00
(this sum represents payment of$525.00 for each of 8 potential lots)per receipt#1579, Dated 10/19/92;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT KNOWN:
That the following described property has satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District
bearing Auditor's File#9209021077 to the extent that the parcel has developed.
Let it be known further that, while this property has paid toward said Special Assessment District and
CV while the property can be sold or in any other manner change ownership without any further

CO payments under said Special Assessment District, this parcel is not released from further claim under
said assessment district at the time further units are developed on the property by subdivision or as
multi-family, commercial, or industrial development.
