PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF CITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LIEN
WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipd
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale'
Interceptor

WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District%
and

WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessment,
District;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the Special Assessment District bearing Auditor's File # 9209021077 has been partially satisfied
ti and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any claim under said
Special Assessment District:
