WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municip
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydal

WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment Districp

WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special Assessmet
District;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
