WHEREAS, an agreement was heretofore executed by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal'_
corporation, under Ordinance No. 4362 forming a Special Assessment District (SAD) for West Kennydale
Interceptor ;--
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District was recorded on the 2nd day of September 1992, bearing
Auditor's File#9209021077, and r,
WHEREAS, said Special Assessment District creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and

WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of the Special Assessment District
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the Special AssessmenE
